Meet Executive Chef/Owner, Herbert Obrecht

Herbert is well known in Calgary for his obsession for quality, Innovative cuisine, presentation and emphasis on style, Texture and taste. Herbert has been a professional chef for over 30 years, holder of a Master Chef certificate from the Austrian Faculty of Chefs. His extensive experience includes 2 Olympic Games, Assignments for ABC and CTV television, cooking for Royalty, heads of state and celebrities and is recipient of several awards in Europe and Canada.
