Bar Fees for Deluxe Catering, Calgary

 

 

 Buffet Service Attendant (where not included in pricing)

$ 20.00 per hour
Table Service Wait Staff$ 20.00 per hour
Bartender$ 25.00 per hour
On site Chef$ 30.00 per hour
Party preplanning and on site decorating$ 35.00 per hour


Attendants are required at receptions when both cold and hot food items will need to be replenished.
An attendant will maintain the appearance of the buffet and see to the guests need

Bar Services
Set up to serve liquor includes all stemware, mixers, condiments and equipments such as
ice tubs, coolers, openers, ice picks, ice buckets etc. $ 4.25 per person over 75 Guest’s.

Full Bar Corkage  - $ 5.25 per Person
Wine and Beer only Corkage - $ 3.75 per Person

We suggest one Bartender for every 100 Guest’s  $ 25.00 per hour - average 4-6 hours

Host Bar
You provide the Alcohol and License. We will provide the Complete set up Arrangements; ice, juices for standard bar drinks and non-alcoholic beverages, celery, limes, lemons & spices, stem ware, napkins, And small bar service equipments.
Price per person $ 5.25

Cash Bar

Same as above, we will provide a ticket seller at an additional hourly fee. Customer is responsible to set prices and post.

Loonie and Twoonie Bars
Same as host bar, set-up charges apply. Customer responsible to put coin Bowl on the bar for guests to place loonies or twoonies. No accounting or responsibility is taken for making change and money received at bar.
Our staff does not handle money.

Punches
We can provide a non-alcoholic or alcoholic punch at a special table. Additional charges apply, please request.
One Gallon Punch will serve 20 – 25 guests. No pulp juices can be used in beverage fountains.
Cost for Fountain is $ 85.00, punch costs are added.

Champagne and Wine Service
If you wish to have champagne or wine poured at the tables to guests, we will provide additional servers and additional stem ware ate the appropriate charges. One Case (12) of Champagne serves 40-50 people ( approximately 82 drinks).
Champagne must be chilled before using in beverage fountain.

The Deluxe no-Host Bar service
We take total control of the liquor services, providing licensing, glassware, mixers, non-alcoholic beverages, condiments, bartenders, ticket sellers and bus staff. We provide the full service including standard mixed drinks, beer, wine, coolers, shooters and drinks to compliment the theme of the event. Drink Listings with pricing is posted at every event. If you wish
to purchase free drinks for your Guests you may purchase tickets for this purpose. A Bartender labor charge of $ 25.00 per Hour – Minimum 6 Hours and a Ticket seller Charge of $ 20.00 per Hour-Minimum 6 Hours applies if sales amount to less than $ 500.00.

General Information:

  • One case Champagne will pour 82 glasses
  • One regular bottle (750 ml) of wine will serve approximately 5-6 glasses
  • One Gallon of punch will serve 20 – 25 people
  • One Large Keg of beer will serve 220 glasses of beer (9 oz. Size)
  • One litre Liquor will make approximately 26 drinks
  • Approximately 4-5 ounces of mixer is used per drink
  • Order of preferences for liquor tends to be Vodka, Rum, Rye, Scotch and Gin.
  • Plan on 2 Drinks per Hour, per person.( this is a general estimate and will vary)
  • We can assist you with your selection and suggest quantities of liquor and wine as appropriate to your menu.
  • We will order and have your selection delivered for your event. Liquor charge will be added to your invoice for the event.
  • If you are providing your own bartenders they must bring their own supplies and equipment. Bartenders are responsible for the set-up, take-down and all bar clean up including removal of cans, bottles and glasses.

All services except cash bar will be assessed a 15% service charge on invoice.

Our servers will be attired in Black and White or appropriate theme dress.
