- The Business is closed on Holidays, Saturday and Sunday except for special events.
- We are closed for Christmas Holidays from December 24th to Monday of first full week in January.

Minimum Orders & Delivery Fees
Deluxe Catering is proud to offer a wonderful delivery service. Delivery within our routes are based on drop off of a standard breakfast or lunch and will be billed $ 16.50. If you have requested your order in non-Disposable Service Items- there will be an additional pick-up charge of $16.50. Our on-site service representative will make arrangements at the timeof delivery for a scheduled equipment pick-up date. If the equipment is not ready when our representative arrives, we will have to charge an additional pick-up fee to come back.
Due to the possible Traffic congestions in our growing City, our Drivers will arrive up to 30 Min. prior to your requested time. Please order your Food for at least 15 Min. before actually required.
Charges are made for each point of drop-off or pick-up requested by the client during the delivery. Requests made outside of this area will be charged according to the location/distance and difficulty of delivery. We request a Minimum order of $ 125.00 – before sales tax and delivery charge- per delivery within our delivery area. Breakfast deliveries are available from 7 a.m. with standard delivery charge. Deliveries between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. will be charged an additional $ 45.00 delivery fee. Our Corporate Lunch selection deliveries are available until 2:30 p.m. Deliveries after those times will incur an additional $ 45.00 per half-hour until 8 p.m.
Timing
When preparing food, time is critical. At Deluxe Catering Inc. we’re not limited to the number of orders we can take or the volume of food we can prepare with proper notice. Our talented and efficient chef is able to organize his sous chefs and cooks to prepare any number of delicious, beautiful and on-time orders. To assure the highest quality of your order, please understand these guidelines:
Ordering
Catering orders should be placed at least one business day prior to the catering order delivery. Advance orders are given priority. Deluxe Catering Inc. cooks all food from scratch within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time. We accept Breakfast orders until 12:00 p.m. of the prior day. We accept Lunch or Dinner orders until 2:00 p.m. of the prior day. Nonetheless, we will accept orders until 8:30 a.m. on the day of delivery subject to food and scheduling availability. As hot food requires more planning and preparation time, orders should be placed two business days in advance of the day of the event.
Changing your Order
Change is part of life, and we understand you may sometimes have changes in the number of people attending a meal or may have to cancel an order altogether. If you need to increase, decrease, or cancel your order, please follow this Guidelines:
- Additions / Volume increases to an order may be made up to 8:30 a.m. the day of delivery, subject to food availability.
- Reductions or Cancellations: If you notify us at least 24 hours (1 Workday) in advance, there’s no charge.
- We are unable to accept cancellations with less than 24 hour notice at less than the full charge.
- We will deliver the food at the specified time unless requested otherwise by the client.
Large parties will require more than one business day notice depending on the size of their event. Please refer to our cancellation policy regarding events.
Delivery Outside City
$ 60.00 per Hour plus a $0.55 per kilometer charge.

Events
As a courtesy to our customers, Deluxe Catering Inc. is happy to arrange for Personnel and order any Rental Equipment or Linen that may be required.

Payment for Large Events Catering
Booking for large events requires a $ 500.00 deposit. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Client is to pay 25% of the Total Estimated Cost. $ 500.00 of this amount shall make up the Deposit.

Securing an Event Day $ 500.00 non-refundable deposit.

Closing Charges Adjustment: payment or credits are made upon completion of event and payable within 14 days.

If conditions agreed upon above are not met or misrepresented by the client, Deluxe Catering Inc. may cancel service for the event.
Cancellation Policy:
If the event is cancelled 60 days prior to date of delivery, 50% of contracted total amount will be charged including any additional charges. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event, 100% of the contracted total amount will be charged.

Buffet Food
We supply generous portions for our buffet dinners – 10% over and above what is expected. This does not mean that there is a unending supply of food as we prepare standardized portions. If the event food is not consumed on a buffet, it remains the property of Deluxe Catering Inc.

We prepare your food purchased as a per piece count. With any menu we create, there is a standard portion made for each food item. We recommend the following food consumption portions: Light cocktail party 3 to 5 pieces/ Medium cocktail party: 5 to 8 pieces / Full meal cocktail party: 8 – 15 pieces. Dinner style party requires 18 – 25 pieces per person.
Please note that with any event – we do not know your guest. You are to make the final decision on food consumption.

Client Responsibilities
The client assumes full responsibility for replacement cost for breakage of dinnerware and glassware, damaged linens, loss of equipment/props and late charges for rentals acquired on their behalf for the event.

Photographs
Deluxe Catering Inc. may photograph events and guests In attendance. All pictures may be used on our website or in our printed material. We are able to provide photographs to the client (upon request).

Alcohol
As a courtesy, Deluxe Catering Inc. will purchase the liquor license in the clients name and Address. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol to any person that appears to be intoxicated. The host will be responsible for their guests and will be held accountable for any damages incurred. Liquor Liability Insurance is recommended for all alcohol events. To purchase an insurance policy contact us and we will be happy to provide it.

- Set-up time: between 0.5 to 4 hours prior to guest arrival – depending on the size of the event (includes the set-up of a buffet table and dessert/coffee station if necessary). Dinner and busing services to the completion of dessert and coffee/Tea.
